This is a newly renovated, very clean, full amenity kitchen with natural light throughout each room and a beautiful backyard (that’s hard to find anywhere in Chicago).
If you’re staying for an extended time (over seven days) we do have an on-site washer and dryer available upon request.
The entire apartment is all yours and the backyard is shared with us (the hosts). Please, make yourself at home.
*The fire pit may NOT be used by guests due to safety reasons.

We live on site so we should be available if there are any questions or concerns. Our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a message or phone call away and you will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Andersonville’s Clark Street is filled with great restaurants, all types of coffee shops, boutiques and less than a mile from the Lake. We are only a 10 minute drive to Wrigley stadium.
There is a Divvy (bike share system) station right around the corner from us. There is an app for Divvy which allows you to rent these bikes for a short ride or for the day to explore wherever your hearts desire. There is street parking all around us. Use the app Park Chicago for any areas where you must pay but our entire street is free parking.
Please remember this is our home and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
We can provide a Queen size blow up mattress with extra sheets and pillows if you have extra paying guests staying.
